Generial terms of sale

This contract sets out the rights and responsibilities of WTS CARS and the client within the framework of purchasing vehicles offered on their internet site. The general terms constitute the parties' full rights and responsibilities. No other terms can be added to these.

As this contract is entered into online, the WTS CARS Company provides the consumer with the address of their registered office as

The parties agree that this contract is subject to Spanish Law.

Characteristics and services offered

The WTS CARS Company offers on its website (www.wtscars.com) an extensive range of new and second-hand vehicles. These vehicles are advertised on the website with a non-contractual photo. The offer is available for a period of thirty days. It is in the client's interest to be aware of this.

The offer's cut-off date over time.
The client accepts that the product displayed on the photograph on the website may differ from the actual product.

Vehicle order

A signature on the purchase order is considered as a firm and definitive order of the described vehicle. The order is only valid for the described vehicle.

Price

Prices on our website are quoted in euros (€), and the amount is inclusive of VAT. The client is obliged to collect the vehicle once it has been delivered. The price of vehicles imported from the USA is inclusive of customs tariffs.

WTSCARS is not responsible should a price error occur on its site. Similarly WTSCARS cannot be held responsible should one of its dealers or manufacturers change the vehicle price while the order is being processed.

In all cases the price on the purchase order will be the only valid price.

Payment conditions

WTSCARS will draw up a purchase order that will be sent to the client. The client must then return this PO duly signed. For the order to be processed the client must send a bank transfer of 100% of the vehicle price. For all other forms of payment please contact WTSCARS.

Delivery

WTSCARS will contact the client as soon as the vehicle has been delivered to their premises, and the client must then come and collect it.

If, because of force majeure, the vehicle is not delivered on time, WTSCARS shall not be held responsible.

Certification

The client must obtain certification in his/her country of residence and look into the necessary steps to obtain this.

Responsibility

As soon as the client collects the vehicle that he/she has ordered, he/she has sole responsibility, without any recourse to WTSCARS, for all risks of loss or damage to the vehicle as well as any damage that the vehicle may cause.

Insurance

At the time of delivery the client must have an insurance policy for the vehicle that he/she is collecting from WTSCARS .

Vehicles

The majority of vehicles are imported from the USA and are therefore second-hand vehicles. Their mileage is guaranteed by federal law.

Guarantee

Important : Second-hand vehicles are supplied without a guarantee.

Importing

The vehicles are generally available within 2 to 3 weeks after being shipped. In all cases the vehicles offered by WTSCARS are available for sale. All vehicles imported from the USA are free of any warranty or other credit that they may have had.
